General enquiries from parents, visitors and members of the public will be dealt with by our School Administrator, Heather Crofts, our Receptionist, Angela Phipps-Arnold, or our Enrichment Co-ordinator, Gemma Stones-Rigby.
The school office and our telephone line are open on school days from 8.15am - 4.15pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.15am- 3.45pm on Fridays. Outside of these hours please either call us and leave a message, or send us an email using the address above or the form at the bottom of the page, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. During school holidays reception may be closed; any voicemail or emails will be picked up when the staff return.
The names of our leadership team, pastoral team and special educational needs co-ordinator can be found here. If you would like to contact a specific member of staff, or have a query about any aspect of our school, please contact reception using the details above and they will pass on your message.

If you would like to visit the school, please contact us by phone or email to arrange this in advance. All visitors must sign in at reception and wear a lanyard to identify them during their visit. Visitors must be accompanied by a member of staff at all times unless we have evidence that they have a current and valid DBS check and their visit requires them not to be accompanied.
If you have a disability or additional needs, please let the person hosting your visit or our office team know, and we will make any reasonable adjustments to support your visit. There are accessible parking spaces in our Visitor Car Park and an accessible toilet in our Reception area.
All adults on site are role models for our students. We expect everyone visiting our site to be polite and respectful of others. Swearing, shouting, or threatening or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask visitors to leave the site and to ban individuals from the school site for an agreed period if they do not behave appropriately. Our staff are instructed to end a telephone conversation if anyone is rude, abusive or threatening and to report any rude, abusive or threatening emails or conversations.
We are a no-smoking site. This includes e-cigarettes (vapes).

Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo)
Patricia's role is to make sure that students with Special Education Needs or Disabilities are identified and receive appropriate additional support to allow them to participate and to meet their needs as they move through the school.
Students can use our confidential SHARP system to get confidential help with any problems in or out of school, whether they are worried about themselves or a friend. Remember, if you are in immediate danger, you must contact the police on '999'. Our service is not monitored 24 hours a day and, in particular during holidays, it may take a little while to get back to you.
